Account protection
Stop the wrong person from signing in
Most email break-ins start with a reused or phished password. These controls make a stolen password far less useful.
Two-step verification
Owners, admins and every mailbox can require a code from an authenticator app at sign-in, with one-time recovery codes for a lost phone.
App passwords
With two-step verification on, Outlook and phone apps use their own app passwords, so the main password never sits on a device.
Sign-in alerts
We email you when your account is used from a new browser or device, so a stolen password does not go unnoticed.
Sessions end on password change
Changing or resetting a password signs out every other browser straight away.
Mail and infrastructure
Delivered safely, stored safely
The same protections apply to every plan, including the free trial.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC
Every domain gets the records that prove your mail is really from you. We check them live and can publish them for you.
Encrypted connections
Webmail and the dashboard run over HTTPS only. Mail apps connect with TLS on IMAP (993) and SMTP (465 / 587).
Spam filtering
Incoming mail is scored and filtered before it reaches your inbox, and spam is never forwarded to outside addresses.
Sending limits
Limits per mailbox and per plan stop a hacked account from sending thousands of messages and ruining your domain's reputation.
Abuse protection
Addresses that bounced or reported spam are blocked automatically, and sending pauses if bounce or complaint rates climb.
Backups
Mail and account data are backed up twice a day to separate storage, so a hardware failure does not cost you your mail.
Control and privacy
You decide who sees what
Admin tools are built for small teams that still need to know who did what.
- Roles for owners, admins and billing contacts — billing staff never see mailboxes.
- An activity log of every admin change: who, what and when — including every time an owner or admin opens a mailbox from the dashboard.
- Invitations by email that expire, and one owner who can never be locked out.
- Mailbox passwords are never stored by our dashboard; they live only on the mail server.
We don't read your email
Staff do not open mailboxes. Support works from settings and delivery logs, not message content.
The AI assistant is opt-in
It stays off until an owner switches it on. We keep usage counts only — never the prompts or the answers.
Clear policies
Our privacy policy and acceptable use policy explain exactly what we collect and what we never allow.
