Mail apps
Send email from your website (SMTP)
Give WordPress, a shop or an app its own password that can only send.
Contact forms, order confirmations and password-reset emails from your website should come from your own domain. Website SMTP gives each website or app a separate password that can only send — it cannot read the mailbox, and you can revoke it without changing the mailbox password. Included in the Business and Pro plans.
Create the password
- Open Website SMTP in the dashboard and press New SMTP password.
- Choose the mailbox the website sends as (for example
noreply@orinfo@) and name it. - Copy the settings. The password is shown only once.
Settings
| Setting | Value |

WordPress
Install WP Mail SMTP, choose Other SMTP, enter the settings above and set “From email” to the same mailbox address. Send a test email from the plugin to check.
Sending limits are the same as for the mailbox itself. Website SMTP is for messages your website sends to one person at a time; for newsletters use Marketing.
